In my artistic practice, I work with historical artifacts, prefabricated materials and semi-finished products. They tell a story of their use as well as the history of their genesis. As I also regard "natural" materials such as wood or stone as something that has grown, I see my own artistic practice as curating rather than "creating". This means that I place grown things in relation to each other and in relation to myself or to other human bodies. All my work is created in collaboration with others whose different approaches to material or things interest me. The main media I use are dance, performance, video and print. The fact that I consider myself queer is not directly addressed in my work, but I believe that being queer gives me a specific view of the world that is reflected in my art.
